Trigger Point Therapy
This therapy is reserved for more intense muscle constriction. Your therapist will use a series of isolated pressure and release techniques to relax particularly tense muscles, alleviating pain and discomfort. Regular therapy can be used to manage and treat chronic pain.
Deep Tissue Massage
Uses similar techniques as Swedish Massage while pinpointing the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.
